Terms of Use

The use of Novo Ordo Anonymous Email and Secure Email services is subject to Novo Ordo's Terms of Use.

Please read this agreement carefully before using the service. By using the service you agree that you have "read and accept the terms of use" and that you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below.

Description of Services

Novo Ordo provides separate anonymous email forwarding and secure email accounts. These may be used separately or together.

Prohibited Use of Service

You agree to not use the service for any of the following:

Account Termination

Novo Ordo may terminate your access to service at any time, with or without cause, effective immediately.

Novo Ordo shall have no obligation to maintain any content in your account or to forward any unread or unsent messages to you or any third party.

Liability

Novo Ordo does not represent or warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Indeed, the nature of anonymous email is such that failed delivery is not uncommon.

You explicitly understand and agree that Novo Ordo shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses.

Indemnification

You agree that Novo Ordo, its parents, subsidiaries, officers and employees, cannot be held responsible for any third party claim, demand, or damage, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of the use of the Service.

Modifications to Terms of Service

Novo Ordo may revise, amend, or modify these Terms of Use and any other user policies and agreements at any time and in any manner. Any new revisions, amendments or modifications will be published on the Novo Ordo website.
